The following project is a large new build in Dunedin. It sits on one of the largest waterfront lots in the area with spectacular views of St Joseph Sound and Caladesi Island. The style is warm contemporary with Balinese influence. Studio Nido is responsible for all aspects of this design, including architectural work, interior work, and decoration.
