Project Complete — 5,500 sqft

The following project is a new build in the Hyde Park Historic District in South Tampa. The exterior received approval from the Historic Review Commission on its first submission as the style takes elements of the more traditional homes in the area but reimagines them with a more contemporary influence. Our scope on this project was comprehensive, from architectural design to the draperies. The interior includes a dramatic sculptural stair and a corner tower with a third-floor office that provides lovely views of the bay.
